Systems Integrator Technical Specialist (Mobile Technologies)

Location: Chantilly, Virginia, United States; onsite only with no remote or telework allowed

Projected compensation: $138,295.88–$221,702.58 per year. The posting header also lists $5,000.

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise in mobile networks, headsets, and mobile operating systems.
• Support mission-network interoperability, requirements gathering, definition, and analysis.
• Coordinate program and organizational review boards, technical forums, communications, and follow-up actions.
• Develop and implement requirements, scheduling, configuration, and risk-management processes.
• Summarize correspondence, track key decisions and tasks, and maintain project tracking applications including JIRA and Confluence.
• Work with test teams and Intelligence Community or DoD stakeholders to validate integration and interface requirements for cyber capabilities.

Requirements

• Active and maintainable TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10–12 years of experience, master’s degree with 8–10 years, PhD with 5–7 years, or equivalent experience in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a scientific or technical discipline.
• Successful experience developing project plans and program-management processes covering requirements, resources, schedules, configuration, and risk management.
• Experience coordinating requirements and communicating potential issues on technical or developmental projects and programs.
• Experience applying critical thinking to technical capabilities, mission integrity, performance, and reliability, and recommending solutions to technical issues.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
