Senior Project Manager – Operational Technologies (EMS/ADMS/SCADA)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; candidates near other hirify.global offices may be considered. Travel to the client location may be required up to 50% or as needed.

Salary: USD $165,194.00–$222,955.20 per year. Additional eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus may apply.

What you will do

• Own scope, cost, schedule, risks, budgets, and delivery for large operational technology projects.
• Lead implementation of Advanced Distribution Management, Energy Management, Outage Management, and Historian systems.
• Assemble and manage delivery teams, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and technical resources.
• Develop Statements of Work, workflow plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and risk mitigation plans.
• Guide projects through systems analysis, technical design, procurement, implementation, testing, production turnover, and client migration.
• Report progress and risks to stakeholders and present updates to steering committees with senior executives.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of project management experience in the utility domain.
• Experience leading large-scale, multifaceted, enterprise-wide operational technology projects in electric or gas utilities.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, budgeting, financial management, decision-making, organization, and communication.
• Experience communicating with C-level stakeholders and multiple technical teams.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to travel up to 50% or as needed to the client location.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing large SCADA, EMS, or ADMS programs, preferably on the technology vendor side.
• PMP certification.
