What you will do
- Develop and implement yield monitoring methodologies and automated tracking infrastructure.
- Collaborate with technology and product teams to define and execute yield enhancement strategies.
- Drive foundries to meet targeted yield rates by understanding process, device, design, and test limitations.
- Assess yield enhancement needs across the corporation and influence resource allocation.
- Standardize yield enhancement Best Known Methods across diverse technology platforms.
- Coordinate with global NXP teams and semiconductor foundries throughout Asia.
Requirements
- Minimum M.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor yield enhancement.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Strong understanding of yield enhancement and failure analysis techniques.
- Solid knowledge of SoC architecture and product test patterns.
Nice to have
- Experience in setting up yield management systems.
- Proficiency in coding languages and database structures.
