What you will do

• Develop and implement yield monitoring methodologies and automated tracking infrastructure.
• Collaborate with technology and product teams to define and execute yield enhancement strategies.
• Drive foundries to meet targeted yield rates by understanding process, device, design, and test limitations.
• Assess yield enhancement needs across the corporation and influence resource allocation.
• Standardize yield enhancement Best Known Methods across diverse technology platforms.
• Coordinate with global NXP teams and semiconductor foundries throughout Asia.

Requirements

• Minimum M.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor yield enhancement.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong understanding of yield enhancement and failure analysis techniques.
• Solid knowledge of SoC architecture and product test patterns.

• Experience in setting up yield management systems.
• Proficiency in coding languages and database structures.
