Configuration and Data Manager, F-15 (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Develop and manage Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) requirements and support acquisition and program management operations.
• Review hardware and software specifications for format, content, compliance, and alignment with applicable standards.
• Support configuration control, including processing change proposals, deviations, waivers, deficiency reports, and related technical documentation.
• Prepare recommendations and support Configuration Control Boards, Business Review Boards, audits, program reviews, and technical interchange meetings.
• Maintain configuration status accounting databases, baseline records, CDRL tracking data, and historical change documentation.
• Coordinate data calls, technical briefings, reports, investigations, and inquiries involving government, contractor, field, and external personnel.

Requirements

• Senior-level knowledge and recognized expertise in the relevant technical or professional discipline.
• Ability to apply applicable standards, procedures, and practices and oversee junior and journeyman contractor personnel.
• GED and at least five years of relevant professional experience, including five years supporting the Department of Defense.
• SECRET clearance required.
• Knowledge of government policies, directives, standards, handbooks, and DoD-adopted Configuration Management/Data Management and systems engineering practices.
• Understanding of DODI 5230.24, FAR/DFARS data rights clauses, military standards, technical orders, change letters, and defense acquisition contract structures.
