Clinical Administrative Coordinator - RN Per Diem

Pay range: $64.68–$82.47

What you will do

• Coordinate staffing levels, assignments, and patient-care resources for assigned units.
• Prioritize and triage patient-care needs in collaboration with nursing staff.
• Mentor, coach, and educate nursing staff on policies, procedures, equipment, and supplies.
• Monitor patient needs, critical-care patient flow, supplies, productivity, and unit operations.
• Support regulatory compliance, clinical standards, quality improvement, and committee activities.
• Respond rapidly to emergency situations and ensure organizational policies are followed.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Five years of nursing experience, including at least one year as a charge or lead nurse.
• Additional certifications or state licensure may be required depending on the department and type of care.
• Leadership, communication, clinical expertise, and the ability to work effectively in stressful and changing environments.

Nice to have

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
• Critical care experience.
