What you will do

• Deliver nursing care to patients and families with basic to complex behavioral health needs.
• Create a therapeutic and caring environment for patients and families.
• Involve patients and families in goal setting and care planning.
• Communicate care plans with patients, families, and colleagues to support continuity across shifts and settings.
• Apply evidence, specialty standards, clinical decision-making, and critical thinking to practice.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and support effective professional practice.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• New Hampshire Registered Nurse or Compact State Registered Nurse license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain BLS qualification during employment.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
