House Supervisor - Per Diem - Nights

Location: 603 S Chestnut St, Ellensburg, WA 98926, USA

Compensation: USD 48.70–83.60 per hour, plus applicable shift differentials and a possible 15% premium in lieu of benefits.

What you will do

• Provide clinical and administrative oversight for a critical access hospital during evenings and nights.
• Lead hospital operations when department directors, the CNO, or hospital administration are unavailable.
• Coordinate staffing and facilitate patient flow across departments.
• Address urgent clinical and operational issues using sound judgment.
• Support frontline teams and maintain safe, high-quality patient care during rapidly changing situations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current Washington State RN license or Multistate License with Washington endorsement.
• BSN degree.
• At least five years of relevant experience, including three years of recent acute care experience.
• At least two years of House Supervisor experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS and PALS must be obtained within six months of hire.
• TNCC completed previously or within one year of hire.

Nice to have

• MSN or a related master’s degree.
• Rural healthcare experience.
• Experience with Cerner EHR.
• Certification covered under the Washington State Nurse Association contract with hirify.global.
