What you will do

• Define the AI Neobank proposition, product roadmap, and business model.
• Build AI-native experiences for accounts, cards, payments, savings, and money management.
• Use AI to improve financial decisions, customer workflows, and servicing.
• Own P&L, customer growth, deposits, revenue, unit economics, and operating costs.
• Work with product, engineering, and AI teams to build and ship the product.
• Build the core team and develop banking, technology, and operational capabilities while driving partnerships, regulatory readiness, and market expansion.

Requirements

• Deep experience in digital banking, neobanks, or consumer fintech.
• Direct ownership of a meaningful banking product, business, or P&L.
• Strong understanding of banking products, economics, operations, and regulation.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to identify where AI can materially improve banking experiences.
• Experience building and scaling technology products and teams.
• Hands-on operating capability across product flows, economics, customer problems, and execution.
