Corporate Operations Lead (FinTech)

Location: Remote — North America and EMEA

What you will do

• Own prioritized cross-functional operating constraints from initial diagnosis through measurable business outcomes.
• Analyze bottlenecks across HR, Finance, Engineering capacity, regional operating models, and brokerage operations.
• Measure current performance, redesign workflows, and build processes, automation, governance, or infrastructure to remove constraints.
• Mobilize Engineering, Product, ORE, and functional teams when specialized execution is required.
• Partner with functional leaders to drive adoption and establish durable ownership after resolution.
• Contribute to company deep-dives on velocity, capacity, friction, and trade-offs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience owning ambiguous, high-stakes, cross-functional operating initiatives from diagnosis through implementation and measurable results.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar domains quickly, identify root causes, and apply systems thinking.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and mobilize teams without direct authority.
• Strong prioritization, judgment, analytical rigor, and commitment to implementation and lasting adoption.
• Ability to work remotely from North America or EMEA.

Nice to have

• Experience in internal product, strategy and operations, business operations, or operational transformation.
• Strong fluency in AI and automation for creating operating leverage.
• FinTech or brokerage experience, especially in business development operations.
• Experience with systems or product building, executive orchestration, or quantitative capacity analysis.
