Senior Application Architect (Azure and Databrick)

Location: IL - Chicago, United States

Base pay: $112,200–$202,600 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus plan.

What you will do

• Align project-specific designs with the application architecture roadmap.
• Support project and product teams with functional and technical design activities.
• Define interactions between application packages, databases, and middleware systems.
• Optimize product functional coverage and application integration.
• Act as a subject matter expert for products requiring application integration.

Requirements

• Five years of information technology experience with a bachelor's degree, seven years with technical certification or college coursework, or nine years of information technology experience.
• Experience in application or product feature design, application configuration, and application development platforms or languages such as HTML, CSS, Java, ASP.NET, PHCSC, Ruby, or C#.
• Experience with cloud computing, including SaaS or PaaS.
• Experience with DevOps, continuous integration or deployment processes, and tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, RallyDev, or Jira.
• Experience with integration technologies such as Tibco, Informatica, or CAS, plus iterative, Agile, or Scrum development.
• Experience in solution architecture, application domain knowledge, prototyping, analytical problem-solving, teamwork, and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Product-specific application architecture experience.
