What you will do

• Deliver ambulatory nursing care to internal medicine and pediatric patients and their families.
• Use the nursing process to address patient needs ranging from basic to complex.
• Create a therapeutic, caring environment and involve patients and families in goal setting and care planning.
• Communicate care plans with patients, families, and colleagues to support continuity across shifts and settings.
• Apply evidence, clinical decision-making, and critical-thinking skills to guide practice and identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote change that supports patient outcomes and an effective professional practice environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• New Hampshire Registered Nurse license or Compact State Registered Nurse license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain BLS qualification during employment, including completion during orientation.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Availability for a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule.
