Focus on designing scalable integrations, managing technical debt, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

What you will do

Deliver stable and efficient Integration solutions, managing both new implementations and existing platforms.
Ensure Integration Services evolve with changing business needs and technology developments.
Lead a team of Integration engineers, fostering agility and continuous improvement.
Maximize value from current applications and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

15+ years of experience, with at least 10 years in relevant roles.
Expert in Java and integration frameworks.
Experience with tools like TIBCO/MuleSoft and Apache Camel.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to learn cloud-native integration solutions.
