• Maximize value from current applications and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience, with at least 10 years in relevant roles.
• Expert in Java and integration frameworks.
• Experience with tools like TIBCO/MuleSoft and Apache Camel.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to learn cloud-native integration solutions.
