Employee Engagement Program Manager

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; hybrid work with a minimum on-site expectation of three days per week

What you will do

• Develop and manage employee engagement programs supporting key moments throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Lead end-to-end program planning, project management, communications, logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain a company-wide programming calendar and coordinate timing across initiatives.
• Manage relationships with community organizations and support the company’s community giving program.
• Track and report program KPIs, using employee feedback and engagement data to improve existing programs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development to align engagement initiatives with the broader people strategy.

Requirements

• Experience developing and managing employee engagement programs.
• Project management, budget management, event planning, and logistics coordination experience.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs or projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in employee engagement, HR programs, or related program or project management roles.
