Enrollment & Forecasting Analyst or Senior

Location: Hybrid, with three days per week in the office at offices in Portland, Medford, Fargo, Burlington, Vancouver, Renton, Spokane, Boise, Lewiston, or Salt Lake City. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of their selected location.

Salary: $76,500–$103,500 expected hiring range for Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho; $73,231.73–$99,078.23 expected hiring range for North Dakota. Senior ranges are $92,700–$125,400 in Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho, and $90,906.79–$122,991.55 in North Dakota.

What you will do

• Analyze and report monthly corporate enrollment results and product performance for internal business partners.
• Develop enrollment sensitivity models, product enrollment life-cycle analyses, and monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Prepare enrollment trends, short-term projections, and long-term scenarios for financial and operational planning.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests and provide analytical support to users of enrollment results.
• Prepare and present analytical reports, business recommendations, regulatory filings, and external reports.
• For the senior level, lead reporting automation, data validation, forecast meetings, cross-functional initiatives, and enrollment database maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of related experience for the Analyst level or 7+ years for the Senior level.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, critical-thinking, and judgment skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data, market activity, corporate strategy, economic conditions, and product portfolios.
• Senior candidates need proficiency with Microsoft Office, SQL, SAS, Tableau, and complex data retrieval from systems such as Facets.
• Ability to work from and commute to one of the listed offices, with three days per week in the office.
