Decision Analytics Associate Consultant- Forecasting

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Princeton, New Jersey; or New York, New York. Hybrid work combining home-based work with on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices. Travel is required for client-facing work.

Salary: $120,000–$137,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to analyze dynamic business issues.
• Use data and analytical techniques to guide client and internal decision-making.
• Design custom analyses using R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel.
• Synthesize and communicate findings through written and oral presentations.
• Build client relationships, provide project updates, and serve as a key project contact.
• Create deliverables, implement solutions, improve analytical capabilities, and mentor Associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline with strong quantitative and analytical coursework.
• 2–4 years of relevant post-collegiate experience; a PhD may substitute for work experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, planning, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, empathy, emotional intelligence, and a quality-focused mindset.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future; visa sponsorship is not available.
