What you will do

• Lead the Client and Marketing workstream for a Data Lakehouse (Data Backbone) solution across life insurance and investments lines of business.
• Translate business requirements into product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and prioritized capabilities.
• Manage cross-functional squads of technical and business members and remove delivery blockers.
• Define OKRs, quantify business benefits, and monitor adoption, product performance, and value realization.
• Standardize KPI definitions and business logic across functions, lines of business, and markets.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder discussions and drive adoption through change management, training, dashboards, reports, and data warehouse capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role on data-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and lakehouse architectures.
• Experience developing and deploying data analytics solutions in Client Experience and Marketing.
• Successful product delivery experience using Agile, Lean Incremental, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership, team management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills; proficiency with Confluence, JIRA, Tableau, Erwin Data Modeler, and AWS.
