Catalog & Content Operations Lead (Ecommerce)

Location: Remote from the Philippines; working hours are 3 PM–12 AM Philippine Time.

Compensation: $900–$1,000 per month, adjusted for experience, plus a $40 night shift allowance.

hirify.global sells custom apparel and is expanding its ecommerce catalog into individual shoppable product and design pages.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of three, setting expectations for quality, pace, and ownership.
• Own the production calendar across launches, campaigns, catalog updates, and ad hoc requests.
• Convert incoming requests into scope, owners, deadlines, and QA checkpoints.
• Manage product publishing, ensuring accurate metadata and imagery across product lines.
• Design and scale QA processes for a catalog growing toward tens of thousands of listings.
• Coordinate product work across departments, flagging risks early and keeping delivery on schedule.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading or co-leading a team and owning people-related outcomes.
• Experience managing projects with multiple contributors against hard deadlines.
• Experience building or scaling QA processes for high-volume content or product output.
• Hands-on fluency with a CMS or PIM platform, including its underlying data structure; working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.

Nice to have

• Adobe Illustrator experience.
• Scripted or automated Photoshop production workflows.
• Experience building lightweight tools with AI, no-code platforms, or basic scripting.
