Director, Head of Products (Philippines)

Location: Makati City, Philippines; hybrid work with in-person attendance at an assigned hirify.global office for a minimum of two days per week

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of the Philippines product strategy across existing and emerging verticals.
• Own the Philippines product P&L and manage portfolio strategy, pricing, revenue growth, profitability, product lifecycle, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
• Define product family roadmaps, prioritize pipelines, and translate APAC and global strategies into locally relevant plans.
• Lead product development, launches, enhancements, adoption, and performance optimization across fraud, credit risk, consumer interactive, and marketing solutions.
• Establish product governance, operating models, goals, metrics, and scalable workflows.
• Build strategic partnerships, conduct market and competitive intelligence, oversee budgets, and develop a resilient product team.

Requirements

• Strong product experience across fraud, credit risk, consumer interactive, or marketing solutions, with a track record of product strategy and commercialization.
• Experience in information solutions, software development, consumer credit, or financial services is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across technical teams, business stakeholders, clients, senior leadership, and a matrix organization.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with at least two days per week in the assigned office.
