What you will do

• Assist with operational improvement projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams.
• Analyze operational data and support problem-solving activities.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate project progress to site leadership and peers.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in business management or operations.
• AutoCAD or Creo skills.
• Understanding of process and product specifications.
• Problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
