Head of Finance Ireland (FMCG)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid working with the ability to work from abroad

Gross annual target base salary: €95,031–€105,590. Performance-based bonus of up to 35%, with eligibility for additional long-term incentive plans.

What you will do

• Lead the Ireland Finance function and own delivery of commercial and financial metrics.
• Manage Zero Based Budgeting budgets and all financial matters across the P&L and balance sheet.
• Provide accurate and timely financial updates and reports through key business routines.
• Partner with the Managing Director of Ireland on the annual operating plan and three-year objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, including price and product mix initiatives.
• Mentor and lead finance team members, promoting professional growth, best practices, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in an FMCG finance or strategy/consulting environment.
• Advanced analytical and organizational skills, with fluency in Excel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Commercial, analytical, results-driven, curious, positive, and collaborative mindset.
