Field Application Engineer (Electrical Solutions)

What you will do

• Act as the hirify.global Eriflex brand expert within the sales team and drive commercial development across the DACH, Benelux, and Poland cluster.
• Work with engineering offices and sales teams to specify products and define technical solutions.
• Support pre-project teams and capture technical, quality, production, environmental, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering on customized solutions and prepare corresponding commercial offers.
• Present and defend technical and commercial proposals while advising customers on product use and implementation.
• Organize customer visits, develop prospect and customer activity, and follow projects through to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Higher education in electrical engineering or industrial automation is preferred.
• Experience with electrical high-power connection systems, busduct systems, or similar solutions is preferred.
• Experience working with electrical contractors or specifiers is valued.
• English and German proficiency required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, collaboration, persuasion, and influencing skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach and a valid driving license.

Nice to have

• French or Dutch language skills.
• Experience working in an international environment.
