Talent Acquisition Partner – Canada (On-Site)

Location: Canada, on-site

Salary: CAD 70,000–90,000 annually, plus eligibility for the Quarterly Incentive Pay Program.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hourly plant roles, including operators, assemblers, maintenance, and skilled trades.
• Support recruitment for salaried professional positions in engineering, quality, supply chain, and plant leadership.
• Create recruiting plans covering advertising, sourcing, selection, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, professional associations, and community organizations.
• Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews while maintaining candidate experience and quality of hire.
• Track recruiting performance through the ATS, job boards, career sites, scorecards, and recruitment metrics while supporting inclusive hiring practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume environments.
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, negotiation, communication, relationship-building, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and hiring best practices, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
• Ability to work on-site with operations leaders in a fast-paced, production-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
