Registered Nurse (Immediate Care)

What you will do

• Assist providers, room patients, take vital signs, triage patients, and handle associated immediate-care responsibilities.
• Deliver nursing care in person, by telephone, and through telehealth.
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, provide interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and other health professionals on interdisciplinary care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and vaccines; perform point-of-care testing; and collect and handle specimens.
• Educate patients on self-management, medications, nutrition, health, and wellness.

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire Registered Nursing licensure is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work the required weekday and occasional weekend shifts.
