Senior Program Integrator

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, United States; onsite

What you will do

• Provide program integration and scheduling expertise in alignment with DoD acquisition directives.
• Develop, advise on, and review acquisition strategies, program plans, and schedules.
• Coordinate and consolidate inputs from integrated product team members for program recommendations, reviews, and written plans.
• Prepare, coordinate, and staff program decision documents for senior Army Staff levels.
• Develop and update Integrated Master Schedules.
• Coordinate and document integrated product team meetings addressing programmatic, engineering, logistical, and contractual risks.

Requirements

• Active and transferable DoD security clearance with a current investigation at the required level.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline and more than 10 years of direct experience, or an accepted experience/education substitution.
• Demonstrated expertise in program integration, scheduling, and acquisition strategies.
• Previous experience developing Integrated Master Schedules.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Experience supporting an Aircraft Survivability Equipment Program Management Office.
• Experience overseeing less senior staff.
