Global Head of Network (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Define and deliver a multi-year global provider network strategy aligned with international health priorities.
• Establish global contracting standards and lead negotiations with strategic provider partnerships, including hospital groups and Centres of Excellence.
• Develop network segmentation and performance frameworks covering cost, quality, access, utilization, outcomes, and provider experience.
• Drive value-based contracting and initiatives that improve network efficiency, adequacy, member experience, and cost containment.
• Integrate network strategy into product design, care models, clinical programs, and operational delivery.
• Lead global governance, executive reporting, prioritization, and value realization for network initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in provider networks, contracting, and healthcare operations.
• Extensive experience with international health insurance and multi-market provider network management.
• Proven experience in large-scale network transformation, cost optimization, provider contracting, pricing, and partnership models.
• Strong understanding of clinical operations, payment integrity, healthcare economics, financial performance, and ROI.
• Executive presence with strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and multicultural team leadership skills.
