Director, DermaHealth Franchise (Dermatology)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; expected field presence of approximately 40%.

What you will do

• Lead the DermaHealth Business Unit in Spain and manage the Spain Sales and Marketing organization.
• Develop and execute portfolio strategies, business plans, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Drive profitable growth through market expansion, resource optimization, customer-centric execution, and commercial excellence.
• Lead product launches, lifecycle management, forecasting, market insight, and competitive intelligence activities.
• Define the global strategy, positioning, value proposition, evidence priorities, and long-term roadmap for assigned dermatology topics.
• Align cross-functional teams and affiliates while developing global capabilities, best practices, KPIs, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• University degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Extensive pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in Dermatology or Specialty Care.
• Track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
• Experience leading cross-functional matrix organizations and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English required.
