Risk Adjustment Campaign Associate (Risk Adjustment Coordinator)

Location: Hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office at offices in Portland, Medford, Burlington, Vancouver, Renton, Boise, Lewiston, Spokane, or Salt Lake City. Candidates must reside within commutable distance of their selected office. Local or out-of-state travel may be required.

Expected hiring range: $62,900–$85,100 annually in Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho. Full salary range: $59,000–$97,000 annually, with a 5% bonus target.

What you will do

• Support ongoing Medicare Advantage and Commercial risk adjustment campaigns in coordination with operations and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor daily vendor performance against project schedules, service-level agreements, and delivery-quality standards.
• Prepare project reports and presentations for management, project teams, and client or customer groups.
• Maintain project documentation libraries and ensure records are established, updated, retained, and compliant with standards.
• Apply continuous quality improvement techniques across campaign responsibilities.
• Manage small projects or sub-projects and retrieve medical records through internal EMR access according to production goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, healthcare, or a related field, plus at least two years of project support experience, preferably in healthcare, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to manage small, less complex projects with minimal supervision and apply project management methods.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective written and verbal communication with leadership.
• Ability to interpret service provider contracts and statements of work and monitor performance against service-level agreements.
• Knowledge of Facets, PIMS, and claims processes is preferred.
• Ability to work from a commutable distance of one of the listed U.S. offices and attend the office three days per week.

Nice to have

• Project management certification or training.
• CPC or CRC certification.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies for productivity and decision-making.
