MBA Intern – Finance & Strategy Leadership Development Program (Biotech)

Location: United States — Remote; must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship

Salary: $41.83 per hour

What you will do

• Execute a timely strategic project tied to hirify.global’s strategic and tactical goals.
• Build financial and technical skills through exposure to Finance & Strategy functions.
• Partner with organizational leaders and gain executive-level mentoring and exposure.
• Participate in a multidisciplinary case study covering revenue and expense forecasting, operations, and sales and marketing.
• Apply critical thinking and quantitative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States for the internship program.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited MBA program and have completed at least the first year before the internship starts.
• Must remain enrolled following the internship and be available for a full-time schedule.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the program.
• Must be available to accept and commit to future full-time employment by July 2028 if offered.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Experience or interest in corporate finance.
• Strong strategic, analytical, quantitative, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Cover letter explaining interest in the Finance & Strategy Leadership Development Program and alignment with hirify.global’s mission.
