Technology 2027 Fall Co-Op (AI)

Location: Hybrid role available at J&J locations throughout the United States, including New Brunswick, Raritan, Titusville, Fort Washington, Horsham, Spring House, West Chester, Jacksonville, Palm Beach Gardens, Irvine, and Santa Clara. Assignments may be in-person or virtual. The co-op runs full time from June 21, 2027, through December 17, 2027.

Salary: $26.00/hour for sophomores, $28.00/hour for juniors, $29.00/hour for seniors, and $34.00/hour for master's students.

What you will do

• Build technology solutions for healthcare business partners and contribute to value-generating initiatives.
• Support a specialized technology area individually and as part of a team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the technology project and program portfolio.
• Conduct data and process analysis to support solution development.
• Develop experience in areas such as data engineering, AI, software engineering, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, digital health, connected devices, and product management.

Requirements

• Permanent authorization to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment-visa sponsorship.
• Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program, with undergraduate sophomore standing or above by the start date.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week, from June 21 through December 17, 2027.
• Interest in pursuing a technology career.
• Preferred fields include information technology, computer science, software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, graphic design, mathematics, and related disciplines.
