Service Technician - Cardinal Towne

Location: Cardinal Towne, Louisville, Kentucky, United States; Workplace type: Onsite

Compensation: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Complete work orders promptly and close them in the tracking system.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs across public areas and resident apartments.
• Support property turns and coordinate with vendors, including escorting vendors on site.
• Safely operate, maintain, and repair facility equipment.
• Maintain organized shops, storage areas, tools, and supplies.
• Support landscaping, snow removal, curb appeal, trash collection, and cleaning activities.

Requirements

• Experience in residential facilities maintenance, apartment maintenance, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently while following established processes and safety standards.
• Availability for an after-hours on-call rotation and response to inclement weather situations.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch as required.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
