Service Technician - Campus Edge on UTA Boulevard

What you will do

• Complete work orders promptly and close them in the tracking system.
• Perform preventive maintenance and support property turn activities.
• Inspect public areas and resident apartments to maintain facility standards.
• Safely operate, maintain, and repair facility equipment.
• Coordinate with and escort vendors for services including landscaping and snow removal.
• Maintain organized maintenance areas and support curb appeal, trash collection, and cleaning.

Requirements

• Experience in residential facilities maintenance, apartment maintenance, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently while following established processes and safety standards.
• Availability for an after-hours on-call rotation and response to inclement weather situations.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch as required.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
