Service Technician (Facilities Maintenance)

Location: Callaway House Apartments, Norman, Oklahoma, United States. Workplace type: Onsite. The role includes an after-hours on-call rotation and responding to inclement weather situations.

What you will do

• Complete work orders promptly and efficiently, close them in the tracking system, and maintain quality standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safely operate, maintain, and repair facility equipment.
• Support property turns, inspections of common areas and resident apartments, and general property upkeep.
• Coordinate with and escort vendors, supporting services such as snow removal and landscaping.
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance shops, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Assist with curb appeal, trash collection, cleaning, and other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Experience in residential facilities maintenance, apartment maintenance, maintenance technician work, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, cleanliness, and established procedures.
• Ability to work independently and support a broad range of maintenance tasks.
• Availability for after-hours on-call rotation and inclement weather response.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
