Senior Product Manager, Enterprise

What you will do

• Own priorities and scope for the engineering team building hirify.global’s Organizations management plane.
• Build management capabilities that help enterprises, resellers, MSSPs, and OEMs scale usage across multiple accounts.
• Coordinate engineering, program management, marketing, revenue, and partner stakeholders to deliver products on time and maximize impact.
• Work with product managers across hirify.global’s product verticals to prioritize systemic enterprise improvements.
• Engage directly with customers, translate insights into roadmap decisions, and collaborate with product designers on user experiences.
• Analyze usage data to quantify product problems, opportunities, and impact.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a product manager, technical program manager, or equivalent delivering cloud solutions at scale for technical audiences.
• Experience designing products for enterprise customers while maintaining a strong experience for individuals and small businesses.
• Experience working with product designers to translate requirements into elegant user experiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences.
• Ability to work effectively across product teams and engage directly with customers.

Nice to have

• Experience using agentic coding tools to navigate codebases or prototype product improvements.
• Experience working with go-to-market partners or resellers.
• Strong data fluency and ability to use data to support and persuade stakeholders.
• Understanding of how the Internet works across layers 2 through 7, or equivalent expertise in another complex technical domain.
