What you will do
- Coordinate and supervise production activities within a defined production area.
- Ensure achievement of production volume, quality, and cost targets.
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose them to the Production Manager.
- Implement projects at the production-area level and ensure compliance with technological processes, workflows, and specifications.
- Manage and develop the area organization, including employee performance reviews and personnel development.
Requirements
- University degree.
- Previous experience in production or in a coordinating role.
- Good command of English.
- Advanced PC skills and strong presentation skills.
- Leadership, teamwork, communication, organization, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
