What you will do
- Drive business excellence through Lean, right first time, operating systems, problem solving, and quality standards.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve the improvement reference framework.
- Lead the transfer and coaching of Lean concepts, principles, tools, and techniques.
- Identify process losses and coordinate Lean/Kaizen projects, sub-projects, workshops, and action follow-up.
- Organize and lead Lean/Kaizen events and support the introduction of new products and processes.
- Prepare internal Lean/Kaizen courses, standardize department activities, and create Lean communication materials.
Requirements
- Professional experience in improvement and performance management.
- Knowledge of Lean and Kaizen principles and methods.
- Ability to collaborate with managers, technologists, coordinators, and shift heads.
- Ability to plan, document, implement, and monitor improvement activities.
- Commitment to integrity and awareness of compliance risks.
