Location: Sannicolau Mare, Romania; onsite plant role

What you will do
- Provide daily production support from the Engineering department.
- Support the Plant Support Engineer with technical and operational activities.
- Prepare and implement technical documentation for new project launches and serial production, including drawings, change letters, work instructions, and standardized production documents.
- Support the launch of new products and implementation of engineering changes.
- Prepare and assist with pilot wiring, prototypes, PPAPs, and production samples.
- Help minimize downtime, improve efficiency, and support plant performance and safety standards.
Requirements
- Technical post-secondary studies or equivalent background.
- At least 1 year of experience in a production environment.
- English proficiency required; proficiency with MS Office software.
- Knowledge of ISO quality standards and system regulations.
- Knowledge of process improvement techniques and quality tools such as Statistical Process Control, PFMEA, and APQP.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
