Service Technician - Bishops Square

What you will do

• Complete work orders promptly, document them in the tracking system, and maintain quality and efficiency.
• Support property turns, preventive maintenance, inspections, and overall upkeep of resident apartments and public areas.
• Safely operate, maintain, and repair facility equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
• Coordinate with and escort vendors, including services such as landscaping and snow removal.
• Maintain clean, organized shops, storage areas, tools, and supplies while assisting with curb appeal, trash collection, and cleaning.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation and respond to inclement weather situations when applicable.

Requirements

• Experience in residential facilities maintenance, apartment maintenance, maintenance technician work, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently while following established processes and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and cleanliness.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and perform standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Availability for after-hours on-call rotation and inclement weather response is required.
