Clinical Assistant, Float (Medical Assistant)

What you will do

• Float between health centers in the assigned market to provide clinical support as needed.
• Greet and room patients, record vital signs, and maintain clean examination rooms.
• Obtain blood and urine samples according to clinical protocols.
• Provide clerical support and follow company clinical and administrative procedures.
• Use sound clinical judgment within the scope of the role, with or without a provider present.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least one year of recent medical-setting experience, or entry through an approved hirify.global internship or school-sponsored externship.
• Strong patient care, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel between assigned health centers in the market.
