Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; full-time onsite work, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

and Texas Oncology provide community-based oncology care supported by approximately 600 providers across more than 220 sites in Texas and southeastern Oklahoma.
What you will do
- Escort patients between exam rooms, physician offices, and treatment rooms.
- Record vital signs, height, weight, allergies, medication changes, and other patient information.
- Prepare and stock exam and treatment rooms, obtain patient records, and order supplies.
- Assist physicians with examinations and procedures, including delegated subcutaneous and intramuscular injections.
- Maintain room disinfection protocols and support patient flow.
- Handle patient calls, prescription calls, scheduling updates, chart preparation, reception, filing, and order entry under provider supervision.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–3 years of medical assistant or nursing assistant experience for Level 1; at least 3 years for Level 2; at least 5 years in a hospital or clinic setting for Senior level.
- Medical assistant program graduation and Certified Medical Assistant credentials are preferred; applicable state certifications may be required.
- Current BCLS certification is required within three months of hire for Level 1; current CPR certification is required for the Senior level.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, handle and lift patients, and occasionally carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
Nice to have
- Phlebotomy experience.
- Certified Medical Assistant certification.
