Creative Services Producer (Video Production)

A media organization producing broadcast news promotions, station image campaigns, and client commercials.

What you will do

• Develop client commercials, promotions, and station image campaigns from concept through completion.
• Script, shoot, edit, and produce commercial and on-air promotional content.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders and internal peers, primarily on news-focused projects.
• Create animations and graphics while managing varied production styles and multiple deadlines.
• Manage media, encode video into multiple formats, and maintain project assets in production systems.
• Provide project updates, communicate asset requirements, and deliver customer service across a large stakeholder group.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of post-production, media management, and video encoding.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, and Media Encoder on PC.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, color, typography, composition, marketing, and brand guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; a college degree is preferred.
• Ability to work in an office, outdoors in all weather conditions, and lift, set up, and operate equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.
