Service Manager - Manzanita Square

Location: Manzanita Square, San Francisco, CA; onsite

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead service, groundskeeping, housekeeping, and facilities maintenance operations at the assigned property.
• Manage work orders, preventive maintenance plans, inspections, property turns, inventory, equipment, and key control.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, cross-train, and evaluate maintenance team members.
• Coordinate vendors, contracts, national partnerships, landscaping, snow removal, and other property services.
• Maintain resident apartments, public areas, retail spaces, shops, mechanical rooms, storage, signage, and overall curb appeal.
• Ensure safe equipment operation and compliance with health, safety, and OSHA requirements while managing maintenance performance against budget.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven mid- to high-level technical experience in residential facilities maintenance.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, planning, and administrative skills.
• Experience supporting or leading maintenance teams; management experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage workflows, prioritize projects, resolve problems, and ensure on-time completion.
• HVAC certification is preferred.
