Specialty Infusion Field Nurse (Infusion Therapy)

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida, United States; home visits and travel within a large geographic region required.

What you will do

• Administer specialty medications, including IV infusions, safely and effectively in patients' homes.
• Assess patients and document treatments, progress, and clinical records accurately.
• Coordinate patient care and provide updates as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to support holistic patient outcomes.
• Apply autonomous clinical judgment to guide treatment and achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout a large geographic region.
• Availability for a 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.
