Platform Engineer with Python

Location: Armenia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Ukraine

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Python-based ETL scripts for data migration and transformation.
• Implement and support governance lifecycle workflows, including approvals and activation transitions.
• Integrate platform services with enterprise governance workflows and APIs.
• Automate operational processes and build tools that improve governance efficiency and lifecycle visibility.
• Validate data quality, troubleshoot workflow and integration issues, and support platform maintenance.
• Collaborate with platform engineers, data engineers, architects, governance specialists, and operational stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in platform engineering, data engineering, backend engineering, or a related field.
• Experience developing Python-based automation, integration, or ETL solutions.
• Experience with enterprise governance workflow integration, data transformation, migration, and validation.
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
• Understanding of platform operations and lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow automation platforms and enterprise migration programs.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks, approval lifecycles, data quality, and compliance controls.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and services.
• Exposure to platform onboarding and resource lifecycle management.
