PM/BA (App Developer)

What you will do

• Manage the ongoing operational NICE application, an in-house front-end application used by non-technical users.
• Work closely with developers on application logic and implementation details.
• Prepare concise weekly status reports covering project stage and key details.
• Coordinate deliverables in an Agile environment without formal PMO governance.
• Respond to rapid changes, resolve issues, and maintain progress in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of project management experience; candidates with six years of substantial hands-on experience may also be considered.
• Experience working in a small IT shop alongside developers and managing smaller-scope projects.
• Strong technical background and front-end application experience, not limited to reporting applications.
• Ability to read SQL and review application logic with developers; coding experience is not required.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptability, efficiency, and composure under pressure.
• Ability to work from the St. Louis office.
