Biospringer Industrial Finance and Supply Controller (W/M)

Location: Marcq-en-Barœul, France; full-time position at the headquarters with occasional travel to global manufacturing sites.

What you will do

• Analyze production costs, including raw materials, labor, maintenance, and utilities, and provide actionable financial insights.
• Improve cost variance analysis, forecasting, and CAPEX management processes.
• Benchmark industrial KPIs across global manufacturing sites and identify best practices.
• Lead the rollout and standardization of SAP Controlling processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with site controllers, production teams, procurement, and other operational stakeholders.
• Expand into supply chain finance by monitoring transportation costs, logistics efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in industrial controlling, supply chain finance, or a similar field.
• Strong expertise in production cost analysis and CAPEX management.
• Experience working with international teams and multi-site operations.
• Advanced SAP proficiency, especially in the CO module; familiarity with PP is a plus.
• Fluent English required; French is a plus.
