Global SG&A & Projects Business Manager (Finance)

What you will do

• Consolidate hirify.global SG&A actuals, budgets, and rolling forecasts across people costs, marketing, IT, and other operating expenses.
• Build and maintain OPEX dashboards, KPI frameworks, and cost-efficiency benchmarks.
• Monitor CAPEX planning, execution, reporting, and forecast reliability across departments including IT, Retail, DET, and Sustainability.
• Provide financial control for major transformation programs, including business cases, budget construction, and in-year monitoring.
• Track project OPEX and CAPEX commitments against approved budgets, identify deviations, and support corrective actions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and ensure compliance with internal financial procedures.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business School, or an equivalent field.
• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• 8–10 years of experience in finance, controlling, FP&A, or financial planning and analysis.
• Experience with OPEX/SG&A controlling in a complex, multifunctional environment.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP and BI/reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, consolidation, databases, and reporting framework development.

• Experience in project financial management or transformation program controlling.
• International or global-scope experience.
