Financial Analyst (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead monthly direct cash-in analysis, consolidate cash reports, and analyze actuals for the hirify.global Helicopters perimeter.
• Coordinate cash forecasting, planning, strategic outlook, and initial downpayment reporting with Programs, S&S, Treasury, and related teams.
• Develop dashboards and improve cash consolidation and analysis tools, including the use of AI and Google Script.
• Design and implement controlling frameworks for the France perimeter and deliver analysis on entity allocation, data quality, and EBIT deviations.
• Present financial analyses to senior management, unions, and employee representatives.
• Improve the COM-09 process in MyCES and complete surveys for public organizations including GIFAS, GICAT, and INSEE.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in financial analysis, controlling, or corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and cash-related analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, meet tight deadlines, and present analyses to senior management.
• Security clearance is required.
