Focus on troubleshooting Windows client and server configurations, supporting migrations, and working with SCCM, SCCD, VDI, IMAC, and break/fix services.

What you will do
- Diagnose and resolve complex Microsoft operating system support tickets.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktop and laptop computers, monitors, hardware, and software.
- Install and configure common applications, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Provide desktop, laptop, remote, and CTS support and resolve tickets remotely when appropriate.
- Support IMAC, VDI, software break/fix, SCCM, and SCCD-related activities.
Requirements
- Experience troubleshooting Windows client and server configurations, software, connectivity, and hardware.
- Functional knowledge of Mac and Windows environments.
- Experience supporting Windows XP and Windows 7, including migrations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
- Ability to work onsite in New York, NY.
