Senior AI Engineer

Location: Warsaw Downtown Office, Poland

Company

Build AI and data products within P&G IT and Product Supply organizations, collaborating with global multifunctional teams.

What you will do

• Develop, operationalize, integrate, and scale algorithmic products.
• Partner with data scientists, data managers, analysts, infrastructure engineers, and other AI engineers.
• Evaluate models and technologies through proof-of-concepts and experiments.
• Build data models, model features, data quality tests, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Deploy products across cloud environments and manage resources using infrastructure as code.
• Implement DevOps, DataOps, MLOps, CI/CD, observability, and automation practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and the design, development, and deployment of data and analytics products.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies, GitHub, GitHub Actions, unit testing, mocking, and static code analysis.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure, including load balancing, autoscaling, firewalls, and authentication.
• Knowledge of Databricks and logging and monitoring technologies such as Logstash, Grafana, or Kibana.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD processes, and GitHub Actions development.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English is required.
