- Support project teams through successful construction project completion.
- Start work on-site with crews and ensure they have the resources needed for the day.
- Complete project documentation and record entry.
- Plan upcoming work for the next days and weeks.
- Communicate and coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, plus 2+ years of related construction experience, or an equivalent combination.
- 3β5 years of experience in wastewater, concrete, or heavy civil construction.
- Valid driverβs license for the vehicle types that may be driven and an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel extensively, approximately 80β90% of the time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
